2nd Mortgage Loan Rates

Payment example: 240 monthly payments of $8.69 per $1,000.00 borrowed. Application fee of $150 refunded with $25,000.00 or more advanced at time of funding. The annual percentage rate, APR, is subject to change semi-annually, April 1 and October 1, and will correspond to changes in the Index. The Index is the Prime Rate as published in the Money Rates table of the Wall Street Journal, when a range of rates are published; the highest rate will be selected, rounded to the nearest one-quarter percent (.25%). The new percentage rate and daily periodic rate will be determined by the Index for the month of March for the April 1 and the month of September for the October 1 change date with a margin of plus 1 % percentage points up to a maximum of 18%. Maximum 20-year repayment term, including 5-year draw period and 15-year repayment period. Initial minimum withdrawal amount is $1,000.00 and $500.00 for each subsequent withdrawal.

Payment example: 180 monthly payments of $8.66 per $1,000.00 borrowed. Payment based on lowest rate available of 6.390%. The rate is based on the 20-year Treasury Constant Maturities as of the third Monday of the previous month as listed on the Federal Reserve statistical release plus 1.75% percent. Actual rate based on individual credit performance.

This special rate in only available on new applications received between January 2, 2025, and May 31, 2025. Existing PostCity loans are not eligible for refinance to this product.
